- What happen if I selected an item and
put into the shopping cart but do not
proceed for a period of time?
Merchandise that has been put on the
shopping cart will be reserved for a
period of 4 hours for further execution by
user. After this period, the merchandise
would be taken out from the cart (quantity
be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be
available for other customers.
- When will I be billed?
Your credit card will not be billed until
your order is ready to be shipped out.
Please note that all products are subject
to availability.
- Do I have a choice in currency payment?
At TonerDirect.my , we only transact in RM
Ringgit Malaysia.
- What
should I do if I find the the toner that I
received is defective ?
As all the toners that we ship out
are subject to stringent quality check, it
is unlikely that the toner will be
defective. However, in the event that the
toner that you received is not workable,
just return that to us and we will send
you a replacement unit.
- What if I want to return my product?

- Is my credit card information secure on
the Internet?
We work to protect the security of
your information during transmission by
using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software,
which encrypts information you input. As
for credit card information that you
entered during the purchasing process, it
would pass through our site to payment
provider that we used; it is invisible to
us.

- When do I expect to receive the
merchandise?
Orders received will be processed
immediately. Estimated delivery time
depends on the destination address. To
calculate the delivery time, we add the
time it takes for your ordered merchandise
to arrive at our warehouse from our
supplier and the time needed for the
delivery agent to deliver to your
designated addresses.
The following is an estimated time of
delivery
Standard shipping: 5 - 7 business days.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O.
Box addresses.

Where do you deliver?
Delivery of goods are currently limited to
Malaysia and Singapore only.
However, we will continue to expand
our networks to be able to deliver to more
destinations.

Do you accept cheque payment ?
Basically, the products on the site can
only be purchased and paid online using
VISA Card, MasterCard, Maybank2U, RHB
Online, PosPay, Hong Leong Online,
Alliance Online and Mobile Money. You will
not be able to complete the transaction
without choosing a payment gateway.
If you wish to payment via cheque, you
will have to follow the procedure below:-
Email us the list of products that you
wish to purchase.
We will reply you with the total amount
payable and the details of our bank
account. You will need to pay us via
cheque by either sending us the cheque or
deposit it into our account and then fax
the deposit slip to us to +60-3-42978254.
Once payment is cleared, we will
deliver the products.

Will I will be able to view the total
Shipping Charges when I checkout ?
Yes. However, we currently offer
free shipping in West Malaysia. There is a
small shipping charges for delivery to
location such as East Malaysia.

How soon can I expect the goods after I
purchased online ?
The goods will be delivered within 7 days
from the date of your order. In the event
that some of the products that you have
purchased run out of stock, we will
contact you to inform you.

How will the purchased items be
delivered ?
Depending on the weight, size and location
of delivery, we will use courier
services or our delivery van or third
party transport services to deliver your
goods.
